When adopting our daughter from Ethiopia, our I-601 waivers were lost by the Embassy after arriving in America. Project Hopeful stepped in and bridged the communication gap for us. We were fighting Ethiopia's "rainy season" communication and electricity disruptions which made correspondence with the USA difficult. Project Hopeful ended up being more valuable and helpful to our travel than even our travel insurance company! PH tracked down the papers and got them back to the embassy. Our issue was resolved within a few days. With the ET-USA time difference, it was great to know we could sleep at night because PH had it all under control, and had experienced experts on our side.
